If you’re not happy with something you bought from the Snap Store, you can return it within 30 days of purchase, as long as it hasn’t been worn or washed! Unfortunately, we can’t refund anything that’s been used or wasn’t purchased directly from us through the Snap Store 😭
Please use the return label that came with your order when returning it!
If you happened to misplace your return label, here’s how to request a refund:
- Go to our Returns form and fill out all the necessary info 📝
- Our support team will send you a prepaid return label 📧
- Print out your return label and package up your order with care 📦
- Drop your package off at a UPS facility 🚚
- The card you used in your order should be refunded after we receive and approve your return 🤗
