A: You can only see what things are currently on sale by visiting the Snap Store! To visit it, just scan the Snapcode at store.snapchat.com.
Q: What if an item I want is sold out?
A: Most items found on Snap Store are only available in a limited quantity, so the early bird gets the worm 🐣
Q: Will an item ever become available again if it’s sold out?
A: Never say never 🔮 Check back every now and then — sometimes things that were sold out can show up back in stock!
Q: What if I purchase an item that’s the wrong size?
A: You can return any item within 30 days of purchase, as long as they haven’t been worn or washed — check out our Return Policy for details!

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: You can choose your shipping option during checkout — some options are faster than others! When you make an order, you should also get a confirmation email that’ll estimate when your order will arrive
Q: Is there a shipping fee?
A: Standard ground shipping is free! Other shipping options can vary though 😅
Q: Will my order ship to any US address?
A: A valid, US-based shipping address is required for your order to ship to. Keep in mind, shipping is not available for APO/FPO/DPO addresses or certain US Territory & Freely Associated State addresses 😓

A: No, each order ships individually. Some items may take longer than others to arrive, too. You’ll see details about your shipping in your confirmation you’ll receive after your order!
