Q: Do I need anything to visit the Snap Store?
A: You can only visit Snap Store through Snapchat, so you’ll need to download the app on your iOS or Android device before you can take a look around. To buy Bitmoji merch, your Bitmoji account must also be linked to your Snapchat account before visiting Snap Store.
To purchase something from Snap Store, you’ll need a valid credit or debit card. Snap Store currently accepts Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, and Discover®. It doesn’t accept cash or gift cards, at the moment.
Q: Where do I find Snap Store?
A: There are a few different ways you can get to Snap Store:
- From Your Settings: Open Snapchat and tap the Profile button in the top-left corner. Tap the ⚙ icon in the top-right corner to open Settings. Tap the ‘Snap Store’ tab.
- From Our Website: Go to store.snapchat.com.
- If you’re on your phone, just tap here!
- If you’re on a desktop computer, you’ll need to open Snapchat on your phone and scan the Snapcode with it.
- From the Bitmoji app (US only): Open Bitmoji and tap the icon in the top-left corner.
Q: Where is Snap Store available?
A: Snap Store is only available in the US, at the moment. Also, keep in mind that shipping is not available for APO/FPO/DPO addresses or certain US Territory & Freely Associated State addresses.
Q: If I’m visiting the US, can I purchase an item on Snap Store?
A: We ship to most valid shipping addresses in the US, so that should be fine! You can learn more about our shipping restrictions here.
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: We only offer one shipping method, at the moment. Orders can take up to 14 business days to arrive through UPS SurePost. Items in an order can sometimes ship separately, too. You’ll be notified over email once your entire order ships!
Q: I used the wrong address while buying an item. What can I do?
A: Oh no! Please reach out to us here as soon as you can, and hopefully we can get you sorted.
Q: Can I combine two separate purchases into one box?
A: Unfortunately not, as each item may end up shipping separately. Some items may take longer than others to arrive, too. You’ll see shipment details in a confirmation email once your entire order has been shipped!
Q: What items are being sold on Snap Store?
A: You can only see what things are currently on sale by visiting the Snap Store itself! To take a look, just tap here.
Q: Can I save things I want to buy and purchase them later?
A: Yes! As long as you don’t sign out of your account or log in on a different device. If your bag resets, this is probably why! Also, any changes to your Bitmoji will not be applied to items currently in your bag.
Q: What if an item I want is sold out?
A: Certain items found on Snap Store are only available in a limited quantity, so the early bird can end up getting the worm 🐣 Check back every now and then, though — sometimes things that were sold out can show up back in stock!
Q: Why can’t I see any Bitmoji merch?
A: Bitmoji merch is available for iOS and Android users. Your Bitmoji account must also be linked to your Snapchat account before visiting Snap Store. Learn how to link your accounts here.
Q: Why isn’t my Bitmoji wearing the same clothes?
A: Bitmoji clothing with logos or branding are not currently supported in Snap Store. Try changing your Bitmoji’s outfit into something that you like that doesn’t have any visible branding!
Q: Can I add a friend’s Bitmoji to my merch?
A: Yup! You can currently add a total of two Bitmojis on each item. Three or more Bitmojis aren’t supported at the moment.
Q: What if I purchase an item that’s the wrong size?
A: You can return non-Bitmoji Snap Store items within 30 days of purchase, as long as it hasn’t been worn or washed — check out our Return Policy for details! Snap Store merch featuring Bitmoji are made-to-order, and aren’t eligible for returns.
Q: Can I return an item?
A: Since Bitmoji merch are made-to-order especially for your Bitmoji, they are not eligible for returns. Non-Bitmoji items are eligible for returns within 30 days of purchase. Check out our Return Policy for details!
Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: We don’t offer exchanges, at the moment. Bitmoji merch are not eligible for returns. You can return your non-Bitmoji item within 30 days of purchase, if you haven’t worn or washed it! If there’s an issue with your item, please reach out to us here.
Q: Why is my order being declined?
A: If your order is being declined, please contact your bank!
Q: Why am I being charged for an order I didn’t make?
A: If you come across a charge on Snap Store that you don’t recognize, please contact your bank!
Q: Is there a limit to how many items I can purchase at a time?
A: At the moment, you can only purchase up to 10 of each item per order.
Q: What happens when I decline a transaction on Snap Store?
A: No matter what happens, money will never be taken out of your account to pay for a declined transaction. However, “reserve funds” may still end up being set aside — meaning that your credit limit could be reduced by the amount of your order for as long as it’s pending for (usually between 2-5 business days).
