If you’re having any issues checking out, here are a few quick reminders:
- Snap Store is only available in the US 🇺🇸 If you happen to be outside the US, please make sure your “ship-to” address is a valid, US-based address.
- You only have a 10 minute window to check out before your shipping estimate is subject to change ⏳ If your cart resets, this is probably why!
- If you already have your cart finalized and you’ve been placed in a waiting room, please don’t exit Snapchat 🙅 It may reset your place in line!
If your order is being declined, or if you're seeing pending changes on your statement that you don’t recognize, please contact your bank 🏦
No matter what happens, money will never be taken out of your account to pay for declined transactions. However, “reserve funds” may still be set aside — meaning that your credit limit could be reduced by the order amount for as long as it remains pending (between 2-5 business days).
